MS Aeronautics and Astronautics
Zeb Barry, from New Zealand, is pursuing a Master's degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics at Stanford University. Before Stanford, Zeb spent four years at Rocket Lab, where he designed orbital missions, developed embedded flight software for the Electron rocket, and operated the rocket for dozens of launch campaigns. He earned First Class Honours in Mechatronics Engineering from the University of Canterbury and won the Engineering NZ Templin Scroll Award for his work on facial recognition and tracking. Zeb received the John R Templin Scholarship to continue his studies at Stanford, specialising in spacecraft GNC while exploring the entrepreneurial side of aerospace.
