Sara Ittelson

Sara Ittelson joined Accel in 2022 and works with early-stage consumer, enterprise, and AI companies, partnering with founders as they scale category-defining businesses. Prior to Accel, she spent a decade operating in high-growth startups, including formative years at Faire and Uber during periods of rapid expansion. She serves on the boards of several scaling companies, including Cinder, depthfirst, and AssemblyAI. Sara’s interests include the security foundations required to build durable AI-driven applications, as well as the consumer and enterprise applications enabled by them. Sara is from Chico, California, and is a graduate of Northwestern University and Stanford University.
