Roya Meykadeh
MS in Management Science and Engineering, Energy/Environment Track; BS in Engineering with Honors, Atmosphere/Energy Track
Roya is a Master’s student in MS&E, with a BS in Energy Engineering with Honors at Stanford. She previously co-founded an energy analytics startup optimizing data center siting and energy usage backed by the Alchemist Accelerator and Stanford’s Lean LaunchPad. Her work spans funded SUPER research modeling and designing a 100% renewable microgrid, funded MUIR research on California fisheries leading to a co-authored paper on policy and market inefficiencies, and research on material stress dynamics in helium-implanted nuclear reactor surfaces. Her goal is to continue building climate tech ventures that innovate across sustainability and intelligent systems. Born and raised in San Francisco, Roya loves the ocean, skiing, tennis, new music, and hiking Mount Tam.
