Nico Zezza

Nico Zezza is a master's student in electrical engineering, focusing on energy and information systems. He was a co-leader of the Xfund Ethics Fellows program in 2025. Born and raised in London, Nico completed his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and brings a background in musical performance, history, and filmmaking to his work.Nico believes the hardest problems are solved at the seams, where advanced technology and good culture meet, rather than in any one space alone. His path reflects this: he has worked on energy-efficient computing, building brain-inspired chip architectures; and sourced critical minerals for the Department of Commerce. He currently works in the startup space on advanced manufacturing and power electronics. While at Stanford, you can find him working at Bytes Cafe, chatting at McMurtry, running campus drive, or playing drums with his band.
