Marwa Atwa

Marwa Atwa is a materials scientist and hydrogen fuel cell expert with over a decade of experience at the intersection of electrochemistry, materials science, energy devices, and climate technology. Her work focuses on developing durable, high-performance catalysts and electrochemical systems for hydrogen production and CO₂/CO electrolysis. She has led and co-authored multiple peer-reviewed publications and currently conducts operando and in-situ characterization using advanced X-ray techniques at SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory. Marwa is passionate about translating deep research expertise into scalable energy technologies and sustainable climate solutions.
