Kris Evans
Psychology
Kris Evans is a PhD candidate in Psychology, where he studies how mindsets and awareness shape health, well-being, and performance. His work explores how mindsets (i.e., stress, intelligence, and exercise) can become powerful tools for change when people learn to deliberately recognize, utilize, and actively shift them. Rooted in science and practice, Kris develops holistic interventions that enhance well-being across high-pressure domains like education, law, and athletics. As a yoga teacher, former college athlete, and coach, he integrates embodied practices with psychological theory to support lasting transformation. Kris is passionate about using psychological insights to design human-centered systems and build purpose-driven organizations.
