James Kanoff

James is majoring in symbolic systems with a concentration in AI and neuroscience and a minor in international relations. He is interested in the intersection of these three fields and is passionate about building teams that can use these technologies to address global challenges in areas such as healthcare, national security, and education. Prior to Stanford, James worked for disaster response organizations shooting documentaries and wants to bring that dedicated, mission driven culture into the workspace. He is hoping to join a fast-paced, collaborative team where he can bring these skills and values to support the company’s mission.
