Daniel Hadi

Art History, Center on Democracy, Development, and the Rule of Law Honors, Economics

Daniel is a Stanford junior from Portland, Oregon, studying Economics and Art History. His work sits at the intersection of development, heritage, and climate—bridging the private, public, and non-profit sectors. As a partner at the Stanford Sustainable Investment Group, he's opening Stanford up to the founders and investors driving climate-tech innovation. Through the King Center, he researches founder outcomes in thin-capital markets, from Uganda to Chile. He studied Arabic in Oman as a Department of State Critical Language Scholar. This summer, he's joining BCG before heading to South Asia for fieldwork on urban renewal in long disinvested communities. Outside class, he can be found backpacking somewhere new while picking up local languages and instruments.
