Ben Rosenfeld

Ben is a Junior from Portland, Oregon, studying Data Science & Social Systems with a concentration in Education. He spent two summers working as a software engineer at a video software startup, where he developed a curiosity in data science and programming. Ben is also passionate about history, is minoring in American Studies, and studied abroad in Florence. His favorite thinkers are Marcus Aurelius and Mark Twain. When he's not dissecting the American education system or computing probabilities, Ben loves being a freshman RA, leading outdoor trips for East Palo Alto students, reminiscing on his two summers working Sierra Camp, seeking transcendence in the meditation center, and playing soccer and tennis any chance he gets.
