Alexandre Acra

Mathematics (BS) and Computer Science (MS)
Alexandre Acra is a Senior studying Mathematics (BS) and Computer Science (MS), with emphases on probability and machine learning. He aspires to aggregate and further human knowledge via data-driven approaches, specifically by leveraging network theory. Alexandre has honed this interest by building and deploying AI models at Palantir, researching technological conflict preparedness at the Hoover Institution, and bringing his communities together via TreeHacks and student government. He is also passionate about access to education, having led a non-profit dedicated to sparking curiosity for STEM subjects in underserved schools, and continuing to tutor in math and science at Stanford to this day. In his free time, he enjoys reading fiction, playing racket sports, and live music.
